| The hunters became hunters once the battle for land started. Weapons were forged and battles started with Europeans. Indians fought for freedom of the land and Europeans fought to claim it. Having weapons enabled Indians to get animals by hunting them and they were able to get fresh meat. Now scavenging was done more by the women than the men. |
