The Native American History
Americans were the discovers of America before Columbus. They were very diverse and each tribe was different. Each one had a different story of how the earth was created. Although they had some things in common, they had many differences. They came 30,000 years ago from Asia; during the Ice Age. They came from what is now the Bering Strait to the North American Continent. They came with mammoths who are the ancestors of elephants. Back then there was a land bridge and they traveled through there. They slowly moved from the east to the Eastern Coast of North America. They only moved if they had to. Some of them even stayed in the Yukon. In those days traveling was much harder.
