Tigers
Tigers are endangered, like a lot of other animals. Some national parks take care of animals and that is our hope. There are people who kill tigers because tigers come and eat people and kill. Now they see only one tiger in years and that tiger is a really big and powerful tiger.

Lions

King Cobra
King cobras can  grow up  to  20 feet. They're  found  in  Kerala,  Karnataka, the Northeastern states and  Orissa.  They are the only snake that eats other  snakes. There are very few birds that eat young snakes. People are taking snakes and selling them to people who want them as pets or for science experiments.

Student Reflections

It took a long time to do this project about India.  It was fun.  I hope more people research India after seeing this page.
-KS

I liked doing this because it was really fun and really easy.  I like researching--I hope I get to do it again.
-GS

I had a good experience working on this.  I learned a lot about India.  I learned about what types of animals are in India like white tigers.
-SG

It took me a long time to know what I was doing,  I found some pictures but my favorite was a King Cobra
about to attack its prey.
